Sarah-Jane Mee has unveil the name of her new evening programme on Sky News.
The UK Tonight will air at 8.00pm from October 2023.
“A deep dive into the issues that matter to YOU. An hour of powerful interviews, original journalism, debate and insight from our Sky News specialists,” Mee said in a social media posting.
The new programme is part of Sky News’ new evening line up, which includes Sophy Ridge’s new programme the Politics Hub at 7pm, and a world news programme from 9pm, which will be hosted by BBC News presenter Yalda Hakim from November.
Niall Paterson will front a new Friday night programme.
